About
I have worked across the pathway – with academy players of all ages to the senior team – as a coach, head coach and analyst. That on‑pitch experience is combined with an academic background: a Master's in Computer Science focused on data science, AI and model interpretability.
In many clubs, data exists but the real challenge is making sense of it. My strength lies in storytelling with data: connecting what we see in the numbers and on the video with what players and staff feel on the grass. I prioritise clarity, context and communication so that insights are actually used.
Soft skills are central to my work: clear communication, leadership and man‑management. I am equally comfortable in the analyst room, on the training pitch or presenting to technical staff and boards.

Insights are turned into clear actions: changes in training, tactical adjustments, recruitment decisions, or individual development plans – all explained in football language.
I stay involved to help you apply and refine the work, whether that means being on the pitch, in the analysis room or in online meetings with staff.
